On behalf of VORM, NEOO managed the redevelopment of an old standalone supermarket into a multifunctional complex, including a new Hoogvliet supermarket of approximately 3,000 m² BVO, 39 social rental apartments and 151 parking spaces. The project is located directly opposite of the metro station on the outskirts of Vlaardingen’s city center. All rental apartments are designed to be Zero on the Meter ready. NEOO also managed the setup of a temporary supermarket of approximately 2,000 m² BVO during the demolition and reconstruction phase.
