On the site where a monofunctional shopping strip once stood, RottaNova rises — a multifunctional building featuring retail and dining on the ground floor and 259 homes in a composition of 2 towers above a basement, designed by Frits van Dongen. The nature-inclusive communal rooftop garden ensures the preservation of nature within the city. With the further densification and function expansion of Rotterdam’s city center, it becomes an increasingly attractive urban area. NEOO is developing the project from sketch design to completion on behalf of the Van Herk Groep.
