The Nijmegen station area is set for significant redevelopment in the coming years. On the west side of the station, a full-fledged station entrance will be established. At this west entrance, we are working with WRK Architecten on the development of the former UWV location. It will be a mixed-use plan featuring homes, a hotel, and shops, forming part of the high-rise structure in Nijmegen. NEOO is developing this project on behalf of the Van Herk Groep.
