In the green neighborhood of Elsrijk in Amstelveen, RJB, in collaboration with NEOO and architectenbureau Van Egmond, is transforming an empty office building into a residential building with 18 apartments, while preserving the landscape character of the area. NEOO is developing and managing the project from planning to completion.
