With the downsizing of Mediamarkt and the departure of a number of Blokker formulas, a redevelopment assignment arose for building de Opgang. Together with SUM Architects, NEOO drew up a re-allocation plan, supervised the construction and ensured that the building was rented out with a good new infill by adding Decathlon and Amazing Oriental, among others.
