NEOO, in cooperation with and on behalf of Wereldhave, has redeveloped a significant part of Tilburg’s core shopping area. The creation of a brand-new shopping street, connecting Pieter Vreedeplein with Emmapassage, has greatly improved the shopping circuit. The new residences above, developed by Van de Ven and Van Schijndel, further enhance urban density and mixed-use functionality in the city center. The renovation of the Hema, Koopman and the full opening of the Emmapassage have significantly improved the area’s livability and urban experience. The project was officially opened in November 2022.
