As a Commercial Developer at NEOO, you play a key role in identifying, developing, and realizing unique projects. From the first sketch to final delivery, you collaborate with our technical project managers, design teams, and external partners to create sustainable, impactful, and future-proof developments. In your role: - You identify and assess opportunities in the real estate market, conducting feasibility studies and weighing risks. - You develop commercial concepts that align with client wishes and end-user needs. - You guide projects from acquisition and concept development to commercial coordination and contracting. - You negotiate with stakeholders, including investors, municipalities, users, and other partners. - You ensure optimal alignment between financial, commercial, and technical interests within the project. - You closely monitor market trends and new developments to continue offering innovative and sustainable solutions. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and thrives on complex commercial challenges. You are entrepreneurial, result-oriented, and think with a long-term vision. Your communication skills enable you to connect people and strengthen partnerships. Additionally, you have extensive experience with large-scale and complex real estate developments, preferably within mixed-use projects.

What do you bring? - Extensive relevant work experience (5+ years) in real estate development and/or redevelopment of residential or commercial projects. - A completed higher education (HBO/WO) degree in a relevant (construction engineering) field of study; - Well developed leadership, commercial and strategic skills. - Affinity with urban (re)development and sustainability. - Experience in guiding development proecesses and negotiating with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in Dutch, both verbal and written, is essential for effective communication with stakeholders and project teams.
