NEOO is managing the leasing and complete (internal) redevelopment of the Opgang shopping center on behalf of Investore. The lease to Decathlon is part of a larger reorganization operation of the shopping center, with MediaMarkt having already been relocated to the ground floor in the fall of 2018. The public opening is expected to take place at the end of 2019. NEOO is currently working on the planning for the final phase\u2014the reorganization of the vacant units previously occupied by Blokker, Big Bazar, and Bruna, as well as an upgrade of the passageway\u2014work on which is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the store at the Johan Cruijff Arena, the Amsterdam-Noord location will be Decathlon\u2019s second store in Amsterdam and its 19th store in the Netherlands.
