We are proud to announce that for the second consecutive year, we have won the Kern \u2013Netwerk voor Centrumgebieden en Retail Jaarontwikkelingsprijs<\/strong> alongside owner Wereldhave. This time, the award recognizes the Full Service Center Sterrenburg<\/strong> in Dordrecht.<\/p>\n The professional jury praised the complexity of the development project, the excellent ‘Full Service Center’ mix of retail, F&B, services and facilities, and the social role of Sterrenburg as a vibrant meeting place at the heart of the community.<\/p>\n Over the past few years, Sterrenburg in Dordrecht has been successfully transformed into a more vibrant and sustainable Full Service Center. This has resulted in a significant increase in footfall and a broader mix of visitors.<\/p>\n NEOO has guided this development over the past years on behalf of and in collaboration with Wereldhave. Together with partners Jumbo Foodmarkt Dordrecht, the Municipality of Dordrecht, SUM Architecten, and contractor Retail Bouw Nederland, the renovation and expansion have been realized. In addition to a new Jumbo Foodmarkt, a strong mix of tenants has been established, including a fitness center, new F&B options, and an every.deli fresh street featuring local specialty shops.
