Amazing Oriental officially opened its new store on Friday, November 29th 2019, in shopping center “De Opgang’ in Amsterdam-Noord. Investor Prime Retail and Amazing Oriental have signed a lease agreement for a 1,370 m² store in the shopping center. On behalf of Investore, NEOO managed the leasing and complete (internal) redevelopment of shopping center ‘De Opgang’. The lease to Amazing Oriental marks the final major component of the shopping center’s reorganization, following the relocation of MediaMarkt to the ground floor in the fall of 2018 and the opening of Decathlon last October.
With existing stores at Nieuwmarkt and Flinesstraat, the Amsterdam-Noord location will be Amazing Oriental’s third store in Amsterdam and its 21st store in the Netherlands.
