On February 14 2023, the fully revitalized and sustainable office building at Reimersbeek in Buitenveldert, Amsterdam, was delivered by De Geus Bouw to owner De Jong Groep. The 3,700 m² office building underwent a complete transformation under the leadership of developer NEOO and according to a design by Heyligers Architects.
While preserving the characteristic end facades, the building has been made more sustainable and equipped with new facades, rooftop gardens, a new installation concept, a new core with a glass lift, and in some parts of the building, the ceilings have even been raised. After a swift renovation of less than a year, the building now offers the ultimate comfort for new users. Buitenveldert is now home to a real gem!
