CityPromenade has reached a new milestone: the official transfer of the Vancouver residential building to a fund managed by Achmea Real Estate is a fact!
This milestone was celebrated with a festive ceremony on the top floor of this 70-meter-high building.
The first residents will soon be moving in. Vancouver is an apartment building with 191 medium- and private-sector homes and is one of four residential buildings within the sustainable inner-city residential project CityPromenade, which NEOO has developed in partnership with Koopmans Bouwgroep | TBI and which Koopmans is realizing on the banks of the Doorslag.
CityPromenade stands for inclusive and future-oriented urban development. The project includes 452 apartments to a design by Rijnboutt in a mix of social rental, medium rental, free sector rental and for sale, with hospitality on a green lazy staircase to the water of the Doorslag. The nature-inclusive roof gardens and green courtyard reinforce the Municipality of Nieuwegein’s aim to become the most sustainable city center in the Netherlands.
