On behalf of and in collaboration with Wereldhave, NEOO is working on a phased, extensive renovation and expansion of shopping center ‘De Koperwiek’ The redevelopment has resulted in a clearer shopping circuit. Key enhancements include a new parking garage, the addition of C&A, and the expansion and relocation of Jumbo and Hema, all of which have revitalized the center. The inclusion of a fitness facility and the Every.Deli fresh food street has further strengthened its appeal.

In the fourth and, for now final phase, an outdated and subsiding shopping street has been renovated, and the dining options have been enhanced with a new dining plaza and outdoor terraces. Additionally, the city square of Capelle has undergone a significant upgrade, featuring a new metro entrance and hospitality venues that give the square a more intimate character.
