CityPromenade is a project comprising 452 sustainable homes in City Nieuwegein, developed by the NEOO and TBI company Koopmans Bouwgroep B.V. The project features four residential buildings designed by Rijnboutt Architecten, offering a diverse mix of homes for sale, social housing, mid-market rentals, and private sector rentals. These homes will make a significant contribution to addressing the growing housing shortage in the region.
Three of the four residential buildings have already been sold. Housing association Portaal has acquired the 69 social housing units in the Berlin building. Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance has purchased two buildings on behalf of its clients.
Construction is already underway, with Koopmans Bouw serving as the builder. The homes are expected to be completed in 2025.
