The zoning plan for the redevelopment of the former UWV building in Nijmegen has been finalized, bringing the realization of much-needed additional housing one step closer.

The plan accommodates approximately 450 homes, 63% of which will be affordable housing in the social and mid-range segments. Additionally, the development includes 150 short-stay hotel apartments and 121 parking spaces.

Together with the adjacent new station square and the redesign of the “Vijfknoop” junction, this project will create a vibrant, sustainable, and attractive new area in Nijmegen!
